2.3 All trademarks and logos displayed belong to their respective owners; Witabag branding—name, logo, design—is owned exclusively by Orvion OÜ and is protected by intellectual property law.

3. Ordering, Payment & Shipping

3.1 Order Process & Payment

• You can place orders on our website using secure payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, Play Mobile, and other major options.

• Payment is charged immediately upon order placement, and your order is confirmed via email.

• Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

3.2 Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to all EU countries, offering both standard and express delivery options.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days based on location.

• Orders over €1,000 qualify for free shipping.

• After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number; delays caused by the carrier may occur and are beyond our control.

3.3 Order Limitations & Cancellations

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, e.g., due to stock limitations or suspicion of abuse.

• You may cancel your order before dispatch; after dispatch, our 14-day return policy applies (see section 4).

• You may return unopened, unused products—complete with tags and original packaging—within 14 days of delivery.

• For damaged or incorrect items, please provide clear photos of the external package, all barcodes, and the product itself.

• We reserve the right to reduce your refund if returned items are incomplete or inconsistent.

4.2 Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after receiving and inspecting the returned products.

• The cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns may be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Limitation of Liability

• Our products are provided “as‑is,” and we disclaim all implied warranties unless required by law.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including shipping delays, provided standard shipping estimations were given.
